Turkey Taco Chili

What's for dinner?!
I made this super easy, taco chili last night in the crockpot. Leftovers the next day are even better. Simple and quick.
Prep:20 min
Cook:4 hr (low) or 2 hr (high)
1 to 1 1/2 lbs of ground turkey meat
2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes (I use fire roasted)
1 15 oz can red kidney beans (or any beans you like)
1 15 oz can of whole kernel corn (or frozen)
1 1.25 oz envelope taco seasoning mix
1 green bell pepper diced (optional)
1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
1. In a large skillet, brown turkey meat over medium heat. Drain off fat.
2. In crockpot, combine meat, tomatoes, beans, corn, taco seasoning, green bell pepper, and jalapeño. Mix.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hrs or high for 2 hrs.
Enjoy!! So good!!
