My team is full of go-getters and MOMS just like me who are working on bettering themselves and paying it forward to help others change their life!! It is amazing to be surrounded by women who lift each other up and live with such positivity every single day.

This business is for EVERYONE.. you don't need to be at your goal weight, you don't need to be a fitness and nutrition expert, and you don’t need to invest a HUGE amount of money to get started. I signed up to be a coach when I STARTED my fitness journey trying to lose my pregnancy weight from my 2nd baby. And I just shared what I did here, on social media, with all of you . 2 1/2 years later....pregnant with my 3rd....and I'm still doing it! And STILL love it!
