When you start your fitness journey, there was something that MADE you want to start working out, right?!
We call it your WHY
I want you all to go back to your "WHY" and dig deep. WHY did you start this program? WHAT was it that you wanted to change? Was it to lose weight? And how would that make you feel? And when you get to your goal weight or finish the program, how awesome will that be? And how good will you feel about yourself? And when people start noticing a change in you, it feels so good, right?! We all want, whether you want to admit it or not, to hear other people praise about you. Cause it makes you realize, yeah, I am kicking ass, I want more of that! When you are stuck, or unmotivated, I want you to go back to these questions and answer them. And write them down. And put it on a post it so when you are falling off the wagon, I want you to look at that post it and remember WHY you are doing this. Because THAT is what is going to keep you going and cross that finish line.
